We do not offer refunds. We do offer exchanges on pieces from the collection. You will receive store credit if the item is sent back within 10 days and has not been worn or damaged.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom orders.

If shipping a piece of jewelry back to us for an exchange or repair please package it safely and ship it with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages sent to us.

Resizing:

Please reach out to enquire about resizing rings or exchanging chains.

International Shipping:

Please choose from our three international flat rate options based on the level of insurance needed for your items. We’re happy to go with your preferred carrier if you leave us a note at checkout. Shipping rates do not include customs fees.

Made to Order Timelines:

Thank you for your patience while each piece is handmade. The listing gives our estimated timeline for fabrication but feel free to reach out if you have an event or timeline you’d like us to meet and we’ll see if we can make it happen!
